Mediocre stay. Wouldn't rush back.

poor servicesubpar breakfast
The air conditioning in the room was barely functional. It was warm even with it running full blast. a painting also detached itself from the wall at one point. the staff mostly seemed disinterested. It seemed like i was bothering them just asking for a drink by the pool. breakfast was nothing special either. The scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from powder.. it was definitely not what i'd expect at a 4-star place.

our room was a suite and it offered ample space.. the views from the windows overlooked the rolling hills. the bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel also provided convenient parking and we found spaces readily available.
the breakfast coffee came from a machine, so it lacked the fresh-brewed quality i prefer.

good but needs small fixes

heated poolmagnificent viewsquiet atmospherepoor air conditioning
the heated pool was a plus, also the views it offered was magnificent. the staff proved helpful mostly of the time. i really liked the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.
The air conditioning in my room was not effective, and in hot weather this was a problem. breakfast was also not great. The selection and food quality could be better.
Rooms
8/10
my room included a king-sized bed and also a seating area with two armchairs, but the outdated furniture looked out of place, and the refrigerator was not working well. i also noted the bathroom included a shower with good pressure.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel had a heated outdoor pool that was kept at a comfortable temperature, but some areas around the pool looked a little run down. i noticed the spa includes a sauna, but i did not use it. the garden needs more care.
Service
9/10
the hotel staff were available at reception and provided directions to local attractions, but there were times they seemed dismissive. i think the restaurant had limited hours and did not offer lunch. the cleaning crew were attentive.
